Corresponding authors are sent a reprint order form at the time they receive the page proofs for their articles. If you did not receive this form or no longer have it available, please contact permissions@www.prize-show.com. Authors may not distribute reprints to commercial parties, including employers. Author reprints may not be used for any commercial purpose, including by an author’s employer. It is not unusual for an organization to order both author reprints and commercial reprints in order to comply.
